PROCESS ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the introduction of new products, review whether the products are capable of mass production, provide optimization Suggestions, and convert online operation guidance;
2. Responsible for the development of online tools and tools to improve online efficiency and quality;
3. Responsible for online improvement activities, promoting quality and efficiency improvement through lean thinking and 6S management;
4. Responsible for the improvement and optimization of the structural process, and the improvement of the company's structure-related construction;
5. Responsible for the transformation of new industries, formulated the manufacturing process, process and environment of the company's new industry direction, and ensured the delivery of new products;
6. Product level DFM, designed products with mass production conditions, high quality and low cost from the source of development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Electrical, automation and other engineering majors, or industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing and other manufacturing majors;
2. At least 3 years of manufacturing and related working experience, proficient in office software such as office, CAD, etc.
3. Have professional production process related skills;
4, hard-working, willing to struggle;
5.Excellent teamwork spirit and communication, coordination, analysis and writing skills.
