          MECHANICAL ENGINEER

          RESPONSIBILITIES:
          1. Plan design and cost evaluation of automation equipment;
          2. Make general assembly drawing, part assembly drawing, part drawing, standard parts/machining list, and equipment movement sequence diagram;
          3. Design the calibration mechanism and verification mechanism;
          4. Follow up and solve problems arising from mechanical processing, assembly and debugging of products;
          5. Customer on-site debugging, equipment operation manual, debugging maintenance, repair and maintenance manual;
          6. Assist other engineers to solve technical problems.
          JOB REQUIREMENTS:  
          1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and mechatronic integration;
          2. More than 5~8 years of experience in automatic equipment design, with independent successful design and development of automatic sets
          Familiar with automation project development process, control project development progress, coordinate and solve
          Difficulties encountered in the process;
          3. Familiar with mechanical principle and transmission structure, capable of reliability analysis and calculation of mechanical structure and parts;
          4. Familiar with the selection and calculation of electrical, gas and hydraulic components and structural standard parts;
          5. Familiar with machining process, tolerance and matching, dimensional chain analysis and calculation, common mechanical engineering materials and heat treatment process;
          6. Be proficient in the selection of standard components and understand their structural principles, such as cylinder solenoid valve, screw guide rail,
          Motor, sensor, etc.
          7. Proficient in using solidworks design software and office software;
          8. Good team spirit, strong coordination ability, strong practical ability, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and able to travel on business
